First off I would like to say something about this photo at the top. As you can see the Garbage Collector building has a sign that says "Soon". I found this when I zoomed in at the page that says play now. But could this be something meaning like a new building? Or maybe the Nichos first attack place! Who knows but, all I know is that if they put a "Soon" sign on it must be something pretty big.
